SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from France, Monday to Friday, with the delivery option you select at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Every order requires 1 to 3 business days of careful preparation before shipping. In rare cases this may extend up to 10 business days. If you need a piece by a specific date, write to us at contact@poetro.store before ordering and we will advise on shipping and expedited handling.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
DELIVERY
Your order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery takes place when you take physical possession of the product. The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment of delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customers in the European Union
Your order ships from France within the EU. There are no customs duties and no additional charges on delivery. VAT is included in the prices you see online. The price at checkout is the final price you pay.
Customers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the rest of the world
Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Your order may be subject to charges set by the customs authority of the destination country, collected by customs or by the carrier upon delivery, sometimes invoiced separately before or after delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we have no control over their amount. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
