Deliverie is carried out from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the client at the time of validating their order.
The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery operates at the time of the transfer of the product’s physical possession to the client (the “Delivery”). The risk of lost or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the client at the time of the Delivery.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
Please note that all orders have a 1-3 business day handling time in addition to the shipping times below. The period may be extended up to 10 working days. Please contact us by email (contact@poetro.store) before making your purchase if you need an item by a specific date so we can advise you on shipping and expedited handling.
Once your order is ready for shipping you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Seller is not responsible for any items damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.

You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties and VAT are included in the price you see online.
Customers in Norway, Switzerland the United Kingdom and in the rest of the world:
Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay taxes upon receipt of your order regarding your country. We have no control over these charges and it is the responsibility of the customer to look up this information ahead of time to understand what they will be charged.
