Vintage scarves drop, Wed 2 PM Paris
This vintage Gucci Flora scarf celebrates one of the maison’s most iconic creations. The Flora print was first designed in 1966 for Princess Grace of Monaco, when Rodolfo Gucci commissioned artist Vittorio Accornero to create a special gift. What began as a bespoke design became a house emblem, reimagined countless times over the decades.
Here, the sky-blue border frames exquisite botanical panels of tulips, peonies, citrus fruits, and grapes, painted in the style of antique botanical illustrations. The colors remain vibrant against the soft silk ground, with a golden Gucci emblem marking the edge. More than an accessory, this scarf carries the heritage of Italian artistry and Gucci’s timeless vision.
